2013 DIVISION CHRISTMAS FAIR COMPETITIONS

Olongapo City

1. The City Fiesta Executive Committee under the leadership of Chairperson and First Lady Cynthia C. Paulino, in coordination with the City Tourism Office and DepEd Division of City Schools, Olongapo City shall conduct the 2013 Division Christmas Fair to be held from November 24 to December 30, 2013.

2. With the theme: “City Fiesta 2013: Isang Selebrasyon ng Musika at Pagkakaisa”, the traditional annual activity aims to realize the following objectives:
1. encourage grassroots participation among pupils and students in a literary, musical and artistic competitions and draw out the most promising young artists to excel in various forms of performances;
2. promote awareness among children and youth to realize their significant roles in the protection and conservation of our natural environment;
3. provide excellent opportunities for honing the creative and artistic potentials of pupils and students in lantern making and other symbolic Christmas decorations; and
4. realize the true meaning and message of the yuletide season.

4. Cash Prizes, trophies and certificates shall be awarded to the winning contestants sponsored by the 2013 City Fiesta Executive Committee.

5. Enclosure No. 1 is the guidelines and mechanics of the different contest categories.

6. School Administrators are encouraged to actively participate and support this activity.
